Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation, missed visit, modification of appointment, or late rescheduling leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that could have been utilized by another patient. As a courtesy to your therapists and fellow patients, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or changes to your appointment. Patient who provides less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the full treatment fee. Cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on their online JaneApp account with Gingko Massage Therapy and Health immediately.
