We may not understand what you’ve gone through, but we’ll listen to what you have to say and provide resources such as pain education only if you want to.
Pre + Post-Natal Care
Pregnant mommies are superwomen. You’re an amazing weight lifter. You give, provide, nourish and we want to be there for you when you take care of yourself. You might have concerns about back tension, swelling in the limbs, or even incontinence. We have a pregnancy cushion system that provides maximum comfort during your treatment.
ICBC Treatment
Getting into an accident is unpleasant. Whether or not your body sustains physical injury, your body and mind can indeed be in shock. When there’s an injury, massage is able to reduce inflammatory response to promote the healing process. When the mind is not at ease, massage is able to reduce anxiety and stress, thus helping the nervous system to be calmer.

Please note that all appointments include assessment, evaluation, treatment, patient education, and administration.
Check Your Insurance
We direct bill to many commonly known insurance companies. If your insurance provider is not on the list, we will provide you with a receipt which you can submit for reimbursement.
We also accept patients with MSP Supplementary Benefits and with approved ICBC claims. We apologize that we do not accept patients with approved WCB claims.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation, missed visit, modification of appointment, or late rescheduling leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that could have been utilized by another patient. As a courtesy to your therapists and fellow patients, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or changes to your appointment. Patient who provides less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the full treatment fee. Cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on their online JaneApp account with Gingko Massage Therapy and Health immediately.
